“UPDATE 09/18/22 - Appears they've completed building all of the units. Well constructed. There are a/c units on the eastern side of the facility so my earlier observation might be wrong. Someone ran over the entry key-code device a few weeks ago. It still worked and has since been repaired.___________New...and still building. This is NOT an environmentally controlled storage operation. Outside temp and atmosphere is inside environment. Glad to see more storage in the local area because other facilities are full. After last night's heavy rain, not a drip of water inside the unit...WELL BUILT! Only criticisms at this point: the lanes between storage structures are TOO NARROW...only one vehicle can freely move and you're stuck if someone is at their unit closer to the road. Roadway is gravel. Lane cameras but not sure if operational. Natural gas area very close by. No on-site security/resident that I can see but still under construction. Needs a cover over keypad at entrance for better visual protection. Gate slow to close(expected). Recommended, but not for storage of high value items. Updates as needed.”

“I have kept my things here for the last 4 months and everything's been great. I had some late fees that I paid and I went to the storage facility to talk to them about it. Nathan was very friendly and compassionate and quickly explain to me the fees and what I could do. Normally you don't find this kind of empathy at a storage facility. I will continue to do business here as long as Nathan works there.”

“Been storing my camper there for over a year. Always friendly on the phone when I do have to call. Only issue I ever had was gate code stopped working and they got it fixed over the phone while I was still on site. Always clean air and water always work at d*** station. Will keep using them as long as I need a spot for my camper.”
“I store my expensive bass boat here and I love it because it is convenient to get the boat, go fish, bring it back and I go home. They are close, clean and I get what I pay for.”

“The CHEAPEST storage facility in the area, while still offering standard security measures (fully-fenced property, padlocked front access gate, floodlights). The non-standard security features include the regular/daily property checks performed by the owner or his associates; activity on the property is also closely monitored by the owner/workers of the factory next door (speaking from personal experience). The only complaint I have is the amount of moisture during the humid/wet times of the year (which, in Texas, isn't often)...some of my items began to mold/mildew. =(”

Any time I have a question customer service is so attentive and fast at responding- I honestly was not excepting to have such an option about my storage place- especially such a positive one.. but it is great and recommend to anyone”
