“I read the reviews to determine which body shop to pick. The date of completion was set back three multiple times for me.Pushed ten business days total. Every time I called I would have to leave a voicemail and I never received a call back. I wouldn’t receive text messages with answers to my questions until two business days. The reviews says communication was great and they received their car early, that’s great for them. Just wasn’t my experience. I can tell my car had work done, it doesn’t look like I just drove it off the lot. The gap on the trunk is proof of that. I know it can’t be perfect and since it’s a 2023 parts take longer to obtain. So I went with 4 stars. The hit was on the rear right hand side of the car.”

“Always curious about other reviews but I honestly had a pleasant experience with this company. The owner is actually a sweet old lady not the wrecker driver. Anyways she had all the paperwork ready that was a detailed bill for how much everything costs and for what, all I had to do was show proof I was on the insurance and had no issues retrieving my vehicle.
