Waiting for hours on the of the freeway and when the insurance company called to get an eta they said the didn’t confirm pick up with the insurance and said they have an overload of tows.

I Didn't use them. However, i called just to price check and he still was nice enough to suggest other companies for a fair price check in town. THANKS!!
