I had a horrible experience with the driver. He was very unprofessional, and although he says he was trying to make the situation more calming after picking my kids and I up from the side of 330 in Baytown, he honestly did the exact opposite and made us feel completely uncomfortable. I will not recommend this company to anyone I know.

Waiting for hours on the of the freeway and when the insurance company called to get an eta they said the didn’t confirm pick up with the insurance and said they have an overload of tows.

I actually didn't have my car serviced there but I called for an estimate and I appreciate the gentleman that works there returning my call and giving me an estimate that I requested in a promptly manner

5 stars because 10 isn't an option! Reliable, honest, above & beyond in customer service! Cameron & Greg were both very quick to respond, take care of what needed to be done, then followed up. We were passing thru Baytown, so Cameron told us what was available and delivered our 3500 where she needed to go! Can't thank them enough!Service: Special vehicle towing

First time using this company and definitely wont be my last.Had my vehicle towed locally in Baytown TX at a reasonable price and arrival time was great. Blake was the driver and had excellent customer service. Even if I never need a tow again, I have been informed they also do auto repair so I will bring my vehicle in for services if needed. I have recently transplanted to this area of Texas from California. My first two contacts with auto mechanic places didn't go well. I was driving by Lindsey's when I spontaneously decided to stop and see if they could be helpful. That was Tuesday and here I am on Thursday morning with my vehicle back and fixed. They were nice, pleasant and never once talked to me like I was an uninformed old lady. They never tried to sell me anything I didn't need and my over all charges were very reasonable. I will go back there again.

Called and they picked my truck up and fixed it within a day. Great price and quick service as well. Definitely recommend them.
