“Being here for 37 years this was the first time I have ever been to a Big Lots store I was shocked to see they have everything you need like a Walmart but the prices are cheaper and you don't have to ring yourself up or bag your own items Sign up for a Big Lots card and save more Doesn't cost a thing I would definitely recommend this store over Walmart If I only knew about this sooner so go and see for yourself”

“The selection of items in the store was for Christmas even in clothing. I would have liked to see more variety. The Christmas items that they had for house and home was extremely varied.”

“I hadn't used my Kohl's Card in forever and needed to purchase some items. The lady at the service booth used my ID to let me know that even though I didn't have my card it was a way to still take care of my business. Man was that great news.”

“I haven't been to a Hobby Lobby in so long so when I was in Baytown and had a few minutes to spare I was so excited to finally be able to finally get to go inside this store!!! (Felt weird though, the first Big Lots I had ever been to was with my grandma when I was a kid in Michigan, then. Fast forward 30 yrs, we have been to everyone since then together but I had to do this one alone and it made me sad but happy to get to think about her when I was shopping today! God bless y'all, enjoy the little moments with each other and thank God for every one of them!!!! Thankful to have gotten a chance to not only bring up some great memories but enjoy one of my favorite stores!!! Got some good deals on some shampoos and conditioner, probably enough for the next year!!”

“I ventured to target with my hubby wubby as it was date night and we needed groceries. i am fully aware that it is a bit unfortunate that we must spend our date nights doing chores but i love our family and i am willing to do whatever it takes to care for them. anyways i had a lot of fun shopping and the music was as my teenagers say pretty lit LOL. we had an easy time finding things needed but unfortunately i still haven't found intimate time with my husband. i sometimes long for his touch and affection but after 3 children he won't look at me the same. i feel like i just don't satisfy him anymore and our love is fading... anyways Target was amazing and everything was amazing just like the bedroom used to be for me and my hubby but now he never wants to do anything because he's tired or has to wake up early for work.. anyways Target was amazing highly recommend!”

“The prices are fair and the people that work there are generally nice, many are bilingual (English - Spanish) which should help a lot of people out, also there is always ample parking, though they can use more people at the register at times, the line can get quite long when there is only one person at the register.”
“I had a wonderful experience at Macy's today. The young man helping us was very patient friendly and helpful. We left having bought a mattress, box spring and frame. I would come back. Unfortunately Macy's is closing down.”

When I order for pickup, they are so friendly and I have an email immediately. I live in Va, and I have to say... this store is one of my favorite Target as far as customer service goes ?. Thanks for going above. A lot of stores just don't care.”
“The prices were compatible however the store was not stopped well the staff was somewhat disgruntled and unattentive I found what I needed and got out of there quickly had to Clark's being more attentive or nice I probably would have spent more money in there however they were very knowledgeable about what items and what sizes they had in the store and did not seem interested in helping customers rather talking amongst themselves about matters that had nothing to do with the store and being on their cellular phones”

“This place is awesome, great deals and great customer service in a time where it is least expected. Items were easy to find and placed neatly on the shelf. By far the only "bad" thing is the wait time in the line, but that is because it is mostly super busy because everyone loves shopping at Ross apparently! That is obviously not the workers fault. I always leave happy and wanting to come back. Ross is my comfort place. An honorable mention to the managers working to make business happen, I always overhear them working to take care of the customer. I don't usually visit this specific baytown store, but I will from now on!”
