Impressive customer service at this UPS store. We had a huge dump of Amazon returns in the middle of the Christmas season, but the team handled it with aplomb. The line moved quickly and Noah was well-mannered and well-trained. Thank you, Noah!

Every time I go to this location (preferred) the experience is the same. Outstanding customer service, cleanliness and fully staffed. This particular evening I went in and need help (right at closing) JACK went the extra mile to ensure my package got out. Thank all of you!!

I can’t say enough about the staff at UPS Celina, especially Andy! The customer service is top notch, always so helpful, willing to go above and beyond, and knowledgeable. My go to for print jobs, shipping, and everything in between.
