“I do not live in Prosper. I was in need of a printing center since my copier died at home. I came to your location and the customer service was outstanding. The staff immediately helped me greeted me and resolves all my challenges. There were a couple of hiccups with sending an email and getting a response back from the FedEx service Center but the staff were outstanding. Receiving professional customer service and being treated as such was amazing when I was there.
