Went home and found we could order the Ugg slippers that were sold out in her size all over the greater Austin area and they were there for pickup the following day! Awesome!!”

“So I am usually very picky about my clothes so it usually takes me running to a few different stores to find a good number of clothes that I like. I decide to stop by this store on a whim and I’m sure glad I did. I was able to find 10 items that I love in this one store when I would normally only find one or two anywhere else. Also all the workers were very friendly! I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was told about how they get new items every week. Also, when one of the workers noticed I was juggling too many clothes she offered to take them to a fitting room for me while I continue to browse. She even continuously circled back to me to take any more clothes I had picked to the dressing room. The prices are really good with plenty of sale items to look at as well. If I had more time to look and a bigger budget I definitely would have walked out with much more! This is definitely my new one stop shop for good quality dressy casual clothes.”

“I really like this store. There is a male and female side, and both have a variety of casual, work, and even some evening clothing. My favorite item I've ever found is a sexy black dress!The service here is solid. I've always found the employees to not only be helpful, but they are also willing to give honest feedback when I try on clothes. I should note they typically wear the clothes too, so you can see how they look.As to the company, I can say the quality of the clothing is good. They hold up well to multiple washes and trips to the dry cleaners. There's also a free rewards program worth signing up for. You earn store cash--and there's no limitation on how much you can redeem at one time.”

“I'm a big & tall girl and have a hard time shopping in store. Maurices has some things like shirts that fit but rarely do they have Long sizes in store. I also don't like that I have to buy 2 sizes larger even in their plus size for it to fit. I normally wear XXL OR 2X/18Long and rarely do these sizes at Maurices actually fit right.”

“My wife picked up some things for my granddaughter to try a couple of days ago after explicitly saying she wanted to return anything that she didn't like or fit. Going back she was told they were non returnable. All in perfect condition with receipt and tags. ...Chicos corporate made good on this for my wife. The sales clerk slipped up not pointing out that this particular item was not returnable after my wife made it clear that she was shopping for someone else's approval. Kudos to Chicos for making an exception - and keeping a customer!”

“What a cute little coffee shop! Lola is actually inside a corner of The Grove, which can make its entrance just a little hard to find as the entrance is over by the shops, not the entrance to The Grove. At the time of this review, they are only open from 7a-11a, likely bc they share tables with the restaurant. This also means that all seating is at tables, with no comfy lounge chairs. Staff was very nice, and they actually served my coffee in a real mug-something I love but that seems to have faded in the post-pandemic world. I ordered an Americano, Migas Taco, and a Blueberry muffin for the kiddo. The baked goods are delivered fresh each day from Texas French Bread Bakery and Bistro. I also saw the baristo making a latte drink for another customer and the milk art he did on top was gorgeous! I would have snagged a pic for you, but that probably would have been a little creepy. The Migas taco was flavorful and, combined with the verde salsa, has a nice kick to it. All in all, a nice place to grab a good cup of coffee!”

“Went into francesca’s just to look around and ended up scoring some deals on a few cute tops! I'm writing this review because service was stellar! Shelby was so friendly and helpful and I was very impressed with the level of service she was providing to each customer. I observed her learning customer's names, asking about their plans for the evening, how she could help them, etc.... That's typical retail sales stuff but Shelby was so genuine! She offered to get me a dressing room started and wrote a nice message on the mirror for me, that was a sweet touch. She honestly made me feel so valued as a customer. Bonus, I always appreciate shopping in a clean and organized store and this location was spotless and very well taken care of.I learned Shelby was a manager at the store (no surprise by her work ethic, service, and hustle). She told me about how much she loves her job and that shows. I hope she's there next time I go back because I know I'll have a great shopping experience!Thanks for your help today, Shelby!”

I cannot say enough great things about Alena at Amour Bridal! Other shops I went to didn't build a connection and relationship like Alena did. She is your it girl, your hype girl and the most genuine and honest person. She's very kind, gentle and patient and I trusted all of her judgement and opinion. I thought I knew what I liked and wanted but each dress I tried on, I kept going back to the one Alena picked which was the one I said yes to!
