“Shoutout to Kevin! This guy is amazing. I came into the store a couple of nights ago looking to get a Nintendo Switch. I noticed that there were a couple of people at the front. One guy, we will call Joe, was selling a phone. They were going through the steps, and Kevin was consistently reassuring Joe that he would be taken care of. Joe kept asking for the money to be "store credit." So, that's what he got, except the customer expected a Visa Mastercard with the money on it, not "actual" store credit. Unfortunately, there's no way back from the exchange, and the customer was feeling stuck and even scared because he didn't want that "kind" of store credit. Kevin was effectively able to use his skills in customer service to keep the customer calm and provided solutions. Joe left the store feeling satisfied that Kevin helped. Frankly, I didn't mind waiting, and I really enjoyed watching Kevin handle his customers. Even when the situation got tense, he was able to keep calm. Towards the end of the night, I got to purchase and ask Kevin questions. What I found out is that Kevin is very knowledgeable. If he didn't say he wasn't the manager, I wouldn't have been able to tell the difference.”
