4601 183A, Cedar Park“I hadn't been on this store in a while. It had been remodeled, and I really liked the new layout and product offerings. One odd thing about the visit- little to no interaction with any of the staff. Only the Samsung rep made any real effort to engage me during my whole visit. There were very few people shopping in the store, so it wasn't a matter of too few staff members per shopper. Maybe this is part of the new vibe? It wouldn't deter me from shopping there in the future, just surprised me. No real selling going on.”

510 N Bell Blvd Ste 101, Cedar Park“Danny answered the phone for me twice answered my questions, literally asked if I was ok when I called the second time cause of the reason for the second call, got us the new phone switched over quickly and in our budget.”
“Fit me in last minute fixing a wiring mess and installed a head unit. Professional and does very clean work. You can tell they care about audio quality, how wiring work is done, and their reputation. Highly recommend”

“Called about Hotspot. John answered the phone and asked to stop by the store for him to check the capability of my ohone and the plan that I have.
When I came in, Eddy had me on a short wait. I heard him politely and patiently helping the lady before me.
When it was my time, he did the same. He gave me options. He was not trying to sell me services, instead he explained what is best for me.
I have been a general manager in hospitality for decades. I value hospitality.
We hear complaints far more often, and Eddy should get a shout out.
Customer service is scarce these days. Thank you Eddy, and T Mobile for employing associates with great service.”

She was very knowledgeable on all her products , she helped me get into a device that meet my needs. She even went above and beyond with helping me transfer all my contact / pictures all my important information. The store was very nice and clean. Ingrid gave me a great deal including my phone accessories, over all great experience great deals thank you Ingrid I will definitely be stopping here now.”
“I had a very pleasant experience during my visit. The young lady that assisted me was very helpful. I brought in one of those all in one record players with a cassette and CD player, so it was entertaining to watch her try to figure out how those things worked. I didn't get her name, but the paper I got says Jessica.
Full disclosure, I did not care about the amount I received for the item, just wanted to get rid of it. So I can't speak to offer fairness. I will be taking a TV there either today or tomorrow, so I will be able to report on that then.

“Great store, great employees. I go out of my way to buy it the 7-Eleven simply because of the friendly cashiers. You couldn't ask for more when it comes to a friendly neighborhood 7-Eleven. Shout out to my cashier man from Hawaii every time I come in if there's no customers he's doing something towards making the store better.”

2901 Brushy Creek Rd, Cedar Park“Love love love the taco bar. You can get a custom breakfast taco with ANYTHING you want. Staff are friendly and store is clean. I would like to see the store have some updates and for the trash outside to be picked up daily.”

3001 E Whitestone Blvd, Cedar Park“Went to 7-Eleven to get the free slurpee that was advertised and was not disappointed at this 7-Eleven...the counter people were friendly and the machine was working unlike the one we previously went to! It was definitely messy but you really can't blame them with all of the people coming thru. Thanks 7-Eleven!”
“I ended up in this store after pure frustration after trying to deal with Verizon on the phone and being transferred a million times with no one actually resolving my issue. I received absolutely garbage service through their phone system and reps. Verizon made two huge mistakes and long story short because of their mistakes with a cancelled phone order (within minutes of ordering it) and a porting request that was NOT cancelled - I ended up with Verizon service.
Dylan B in this location was the only one, literally in the entire company, that took ownership of the issue (and the challenge) and sat with me for a few hours to get me up to a point where I actually had a working cell phone with my normal number working. He even took the time to show me the new 5G service while we waited and recommend some new phone cases. I will say he was able to get much better phone support service when he has to call in for help and identified himself as an employee.
At the end of my store visit, I shook Dylan's hand, and said "Thank you, you are the only one who helped me".
So, if you are looking to visit this store for new services or help with your existing services, I highly recommend that you just ask for him directly and let him take care of you.
To the Verizon Corporate person that will be reading and responding to this review: I want you to forward my review to everyone from Dylan's direct supervisor and then everyone within three jumps of the org chart so they can see this. Dylan needs a his career path expedited. He has far greater potential to make an impact on the company in a greater role. Dylan is exactly what "Bench Strength" looks like and you need to act on it and invest in him.
Also to Verizon Corporate: You made two ultra major screw ups that have basically forced me to be with your carrier. I am respectfully asking that whenever my "return" is completed (that should have never been shipped in the first place) that the $50 restocking fee is waived. I also have two phone lines right now technically that had to be done as a workaround to fix your two ultra major screw ups... I want the temporary line that was created credited in full as I am not even using a second line.”

1000 N Bell Blvd, Cedar Park“This gas station is in a great location, brightly lit and plenty of room for large vehicles! Large well-stocked convenience store... And I was pleased to see that there was not only water in the windshield washer container, but there was also hand sanitizer that was actually full by the gas pump! The clerk was very nice and greeted me right away with a friendly smile!! I do think they could clean the parking lot and store a little bit better otherwise I would have given them five stars... (but to be completely fair it is the Friday night before New Year's so I'm sure they have been very busy today.)”
“I had been having problems with my phone all day and was not in a good mood. I walked in and it was very busy around 6pm, I waited about 15 minutes and was helped then . Zain was very helpful and knowledgeable. He truthfully turned my mood around and made my day! Very nice guy and fluent in helping me fix my issue. This had been my chosen location for years and I have never been disappointed”
“I have been a Macy’s shopper for many years, I live 45 minutes away from the Cedar Park Macy’s store and I always keep coming here. The store it’s messy, clutter everywhere, even Walmart has it better than this store. I can tell this store needs better management and fast! Even the new cashiers are in great need retraining. To the young African American cashier in Backslash please find another job because you are not people’s friendly, you have no clue of customer service, you don’t know what courtesy is. You don’t even wear your name tag! I was serviced by her for the second time and my last because next time I see her at the register I will run away to find a different register. Macy’s please get it together you used to be a high end store now I compare you to ross!”

1220 E New Hope Dr, Cedar Park“This store was clean and well-stocked. The Slurpee machines were fully operational (my focus of the visit). There are a variety of easy to grab items to eat, both hot and cold. The parking is well-lit and is far enough away from the gas pumps to allow easy movement without running into each other. The gas area is also well-lit and has enough space between the rows for cars to maneuver around the pumps.”
“Not too crowded in the middle of a weekday. Checkout lines were short and moving. Food court was SLOW. 10 minute wait for the hot dog combo. Particularly annoying since it wasn't crowded.”
