“Mgr. Dorotheo Morales did an amazing job with this store(1305) . He has tidied up this store and always welcomes customers. There are no more clothes and items all over the floor and very organized now. When customers walk in, they are greeted and very helpful. I have shopped other Rosses and discount stores and their name brand items are a very good deal here. I highly recommend shopping here.”

I went in to get some makeup at the Lancome counter and she actually works at the Estee Lauder counter but she came right over to help me. “I typically avoid Burlington like the plague. It’s usually a mess, service sucks, takes forever, and the merchandise is sub-par compared to the other discounters. I needed something specific today and went to three locations. 1 was ok, 1 was awful, and this one was great. It’s the only one of the three I would return to - and I found just what I was looking for. Store was well-kept, good merchandise, and the registers were well-run so it didn’t take forever to pay. For some reason the shoppers here tend to take to much stuff to the register, hem and haw, ask a bunch of questions and be confused - which makes buying something quickly out of the question. There was only one checker when I got in line. The customer proceeded to do all of that and the checker loudly said she needed to decide what to do because she had a line - basically keep it moving - in a nice way. Checker also immediately called for backup when the line formed, which promptly showed up. Also clean, new and well lit. Good experience. Apparently shopping at a Burlington for discounts doesn’t have to be painful!”
“I absolutely miss going to Dillard's for Clinique bonus time. Lady was amazing and helped me find my color match. We looked for heels. Great store. Nice and organized and clean.”

“Had a long line but went quickly! The ladies at the register were very helpful and even made sure the clearance item I was buying worked because it was final sale no returns, it didn’t so saved me a lot of headache! They had a good variety of items that other tjm didn’t have.”

This Walmart is so clean and when I have a question about something and I seem that I can't find that item and I ask for help they are so respectful and they just want to make sure that they make sure you have been token care of. The customer service is so sweet.”

“A giant store for sure!! I'm sure most people know Walmart, they seem to be and have almost the same stuff it's just a matter of how clean and how well it's layed out that makes the biggest difference. This one has a big, clean, and safe feeling parking lot and area around it that also makes the place seem nicer. It's a decent store.”

“Wow is this a clean Walmart. It seemed larger than the one I usually go to. This is a super Walmart with groceries on one end and house goods the other end. I needed a few things, and it was easy to find everything. I was in and out pretty quickly.I used the self check out, as that's pretty much the only way to cash out now. Check out was easy. And I was on my way.”
“I have been a Macy’s shopper for many years, I live 45 minutes away from the Cedar Park Macy’s store and I always keep coming here. The store it’s messy, clutter everywhere, even Walmart has it better than this store. I can tell this store needs better management and fast! Even the new cashiers are in great need retraining. To the young African American cashier in Backslash please find another job because you are not people’s friendly, you have no clue of customer service, you don’t know what courtesy is. You don’t even wear your name tag! I was serviced by her for the second time and my last because next time I see her at the register I will run away to find a different register. Macy’s please get it together you used to be a high end store now I compare you to ross!”

“I'm not a fan of Wally World but their package pickup area is a strong 4 stars. We ordered 2 kids' bikes for a Blue Santa event and I steeled myself for what I thought would be a poop show. Boy was I wrong. There was excellent signage directing me to their dedicated pickup area. I was directed to call them or download their App. I called and a very polite young man took my information and actually thanked me for my business. Within 10 minutes our bikes appeared and I was assisted in packing them into my car. Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy!”
“The store has a good, fresh supply of fruits and vegetables. There is also a good variety of dairy product choices. The employees I spoke with to find products were very kind and helpful. As a Super Walmart, it has the regular departments of others: clothing, automotive, grocery, electronics, housewears, etc. I was surprised to see that this store also sells guns and ammunition. This is the first one I've visited that has this opportunity. I like that curbside pickup is available. It is very easy; I've had great service there.”

Consider it retail therapy with a side of 'Wait, did I really just buy a 10-pound bag of gummy bears?' Big Lots: because who needs a plan when you have a shopping cart and a sense of humor?"P.S- Need to mention Donna! She totally gets me, and she is the best! Treats everyone like family... but is also the reason I need a shopping cart instead of a basket when I go. ???”
