“Georgetown's premier antique store! Awesome and constantly changing stock, they treat folks like family and tolerate us photographers with such patience. I buy tons of chairs and frames here and they are always the best quality!”

13809 Research Blvd #405, Austin“Spoke to Paul about my little old coin collection (non precious medals), and even though they specialize in bulk collections and precious medals, Paul was super helpful in pointing me in the right direction as far as where to go to get my coins valued and where to get them graded and what book to check out (The Red Book) to get a general idea of what my coins might be worth depending on their grade. Would definitely check them out if you have precious medals -- gold or silver to sell or a bulk of many many coins, as they really took extra time and care to help me even though I didn't have what they needed to make a deal, so I believe that speaks to their integrity and excellence.”
“Ordinary objects is a unique place filled with new , vintage and old antiques. Being a jewelry collector , I was very happy to find that they had varieties of cute new earrings ! I ended up purchasing adorable Nutella and balloon dog earrings and I can’t wait to try them on!”
“Near downtown Georgetown, a very relaxing stroll through this store! I found items for my large shadow box at a very reasonable price! I always look for booth sales.”
“Zein is amazing! She is a highly skilled bellydancer and bellydance instructor. Her understanding of the art enables her to instruct on how to keep the body safe while learning, as well as how to create the beautiful movements inherent to the dance. I love being a student in her class. Additionally, her Arabic Bazaar is a fabulous shop for everything related to bellydance, as well as lovely jewelry, lamps, rugs, clothing, home decor and so much more... all carefully hand-selected by her. A definite MUST SEE in Austin!”
“Sorry for posting this here instead of a review as UT reuse store admins declined to post this on their social media.I was there in the store this Thursday, 12/07/2023, between 3.15 pm to 3.52 pm. While my black, Toyota Camry was hit by someone and escaped while parked there. I have filed a police complaint and they are assisting with whatever footage got recorded in my front and back dash-cam. However, help is needed with any information that would lead to finding the culprit. I would reward them with half my deductible amount that would have otherwise been spent on the repairs. “This antique shop has a wide selection sure to intrigue the tastes of many collectors. Though you will need to dig for your treasure with a keen eye, the shop is well organized enough to display items clearly.”
“Austin Auction Gallery is by far the best auction house in Texas! They get the most amazing stuff and have unbelievable auctions on a regular basis. They have had so many incredible European auctions over the years that I used to fear France would run out of antique furniture! That said, I continue to be blown away the minute a walk through their doors! If you are looking to buy fine goods at the best prices for your home or business I highly recommend Austin Auction Gallery. Ask for Roland. He is highly knowledgeable and extremely helpful!”
“I don't understand all the negative reviews. The workers are great and they have a huge selection of antiques. Yes, they may be a little more expensive but this is Austin and the rent obviously will be a little higher than a store in a small town.”
“Jim and Arnold are awesome! I had done a number installing night sights on my 1911, a challenge only a grand master gunsmith can solve, he removed my broken rear site and hooked it up with new night sights... Jim is a legend and I'll be back for all my gunsmithing needs.”
