Slow, rude, don’t follow directions, flat out lie to customers. Was told 3 times my Mail was not there before a manager finally came out and found it. Waited in line of 12 people with one person at a window to get my held mail, because nobody working pickup window. Wish I could give a zero star.

If I could do 0 stars I would they lost my package and just give u the run around when u do call customer service.
