Cancelled the first time after I’d been waiting for almost four hours. Rescheduled to 9 AM the following morning. No responses to calls or texts. What a joke.

Horrible communication, told to wait 30 min, which came and went with no word. Then called to get put on hold, final,y ended up canceling the tow service. All this after being in a wreck …count on someone else

The worst company ever. They will not communicate and just cancel your pickup. Every person I spoke to was extremely rude as well.
