“My car battery died and I called AAA to charge it. I needed a new battery but they didn't have it in stock. I called Oscar at Lube Tech and he got me a new battery that was better than AAA's, was a lower price and had a better warranty. Thanks!”
“This team was so nice! I pulled in an hour or so before they closed on a Saturday to see if they could replace a missing stud and lug nut on my Volvo so it would pass inspection. They went out of their way to work me in, and I was out in less than 30 minutes. Definitely coming back!”
“Prior to the new ownership I have used the Wainwright Way location for years for my auto needs. When I called for an appointment I was informed that while the company has changed hands this location has the same technicians. The front staff was to the point took care of my car needs and sent me on my way. That was appreciated. I don't have an issue with the current front staff however I am not pleased that the previous front staff was not longer employed there. They are what kept me driving the distance I did for that great customer service. Not ruling out this location but it sure isn't the same. Building that trust takes time. I also discovered that this current company does not offer loaner cars. That is disappointing.”

“Been coming here for about 2 years now out of convenience, I can't lie normally my experience has been hit or miss at this location especially in the afternoon. However my experience this previous Saturday morning changed my mind.
Came to get an oil change, before I even rolled my window down was greeted nicely with a fresh bottle of water. Secondly the two guys who were there got straight to business with no extra. Towards the end was offered a uncharge to flush the engine, didn't even feel like it was needed but due to the service I opted in.”
“I usually go here for my state inspection but this time I went to Kwik Car Lube because it was close by. Big mistake. They told me I needed a radiator flush and brake fluid flush. I told them to give me an estimate and I would think about it. I went down the street to Jiffy Lube and they checked both for me and showed me that the fluids were fine. They topped them off along with the windshield fluid at no charge! Excellent honest service! I will continue to bring my card here for servicing. Jiffy Lube may be a bit more expensive on their oil changes but it is worth it, because they won't make you get things done that you don't need!”
“I’ve been going here for my oil change and inspection since moving to the area 3 years ago and I wanted to commend the shop and workers here. They’re always attentive and actively listens to you. They’re super friendly and will hear you out regarding to your car problems and give you options on how to move forward in addressing said issues. The service is fast too and they take time thoroughly explaining so you don’t dawdle with time guessing. Overall best place I’ve been to and a reason why I keep coming back here since settling down in the area”
