“I went in because I was having technical issues with my phone. Blake is the one who helped me. After telling him what was going on, he knew exactly what the problem was. Within 15 minutes it was fixed and I was on my way. Blake was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I left very happy. I'm not from here we are just visiting, the t mobile in DFW could take lessons from him.”
