“I've been to dozens of Verizon stores and Rebecca is hands down the best representative I've come in contact with :) I came in with less than an hour to spare, she helped me add multiple lines and had me on my way ahead of schedule!Then several hours later when I had a technical issue, she immediately answered the phone and gave me advice on how to resolve my issue; she also took the route I was on(I'm a trucker) and told me which truck stops along my route had Verizon stores in case it was necessary, and offered to call ahead for me so they would know what to expect!That turned out to be unnecessary as her advice resolved my issue :)Thank you Rebecca!!”
