Good customer service overall. I was greeted warmly upon my arrival. Easy in and out access with a tidy showroom. They did not have what I needed in Burleson storefront but had it for pickup in Irving facility. Had to pay upfront to get them to bring what I needed over on a truck from their Irving facility. The Floor Barn was so fast about getting us scheduled. They are not all backed up for installs like Home Depot and Lowes are. It is refreshing to work with a family owned business instead of a big box retailer.
