“We worked with Ms. Jacque while looking for boots for my fiancé’s wedding day outfit. She was super helpful at helping him narrow down the sizes and explaining the way to break the shoes in.”
“Very nice workers, loved talking to them they were very helpful and friendly, when I went the lady grabbed the wrong other shoe tho, I noticed and went back, she was apologizing and took the wrong shoe back and grabbed the right one, the store is very nice with great prices, the workers are also very nice to start conversations with.”
“Good sized store with a lot of selections. Prices are a bit high, tho that may not be able to control that to much, but they were still slightly less than other places we went to today. Having the size my wife needed for her running shoes was the big issue. She wears a size that so many other women wear, often makes finding what she likes hard to locate. Staff was gentle. They greeted us kindly. Place was clean and well managed. Shelves are low so we could see across the entire store.”
“I attended academy durung the fathers day weeked abd kets just say they were very busy. The cashier Mariely still took the time to assist me in understsnding my receipt, all aroud great custumer service!”
“I've been through a lot of boots in my life, and it's always taken me several tries to find the right new ones. Then, I stepped into Red Wing Shoes in Burleson. Mike guided me to one particular set of boots, based on his questions and my answers. Decided to give them a fitting try and, for the first time in my 5+ decades of life, the very first (and only) boots that Mike brought out to me surprised me. It felt like a perfect fit! Mike double checked my unexpected reaction with a high tech foot sizing check and, sure enough, the correct boot for me. I walked out of the store with these boots on. It's been seven hours and these boots feel "broken in" already, even though I know that this can't actually be the case yet. When I am not moving, I keep forgetting that these new boots are even on my feet. Wow, Red Wing, wow! Thanks, Mike Rodgers!”
