“Was forced to make a stop at the Boerne Road auto zone in Bulverde,TX, and was assisted by an employee named Talon(sp?) and then Samuel. I had a bad crankshaft position sensor and Talon quickly helped diagnose the fault code, find me the part i needed, and lent me the store tools so i could change the part right there in the parking lot. The basic tools weren't enough to get the job done, and Samuel assisted me with finding the correct tools to reach the part for replacement, and i was back on the road again in an hour. Excllent customer service from these two young men.”
