“Tommy is a GOD send from the moment we entered into the store untill the time we departed. I came in for paper towels but the establishment is so welcoming I ended up buy 90$ of stuff on the way out I began to crank my car and it wouldn’t crank so I went to get my jump box and hook it up I had left the air on eek before I could turn the ignition he had already offered me some help which was ironic I had just pulled over to blow up someone’s tire That had a leak nearby and here I am panicking and here comes Tommy to save the day

“Enjoyed my trip to Khols. I quickly saw the signs for the department that I wanted to shop in. Hit the sales racks and made some great finds. Sandra checked me out and was very kind, and friendly. Very helpful, and invited me back to shop again. In and out in an hour. I'm 81 and a long shopping trip wears me out. This one was perfect.”

“Attn Store and District Management: I had the pleasure of shopping at your store this week and my experience was exceptionally fantastic! I was given top notch service by this beautiful woman whom graciously greeted me when I walked in, smiled the whole time as she assisted others and made you feel like a friend from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out! Her work/professional appearance was as if she was at fashion week or out of the movie The Devil Wears Prada- but in her case she wore Chanel! Just a beautiful human inside and out. I didn't get her name until I asked a co-worker as I walked out and they proudly gave me her name with a smile...it was Mrs.Grace! So thank you Mrs. Grace for making me feel extra special and making my shopping experience so wonderful! She should definitely be recognized bc it's rare that someone can make such a lasting impression and makes you want to return and shop more! I asked her for a pic bc I loved her hair also... “What a blast, probably thousands of memories made and tons more to be. Like the kid I am, that is probably the closest thing where i can always walk, bike, skate to at. Past it when I exercise, and I at least see I everyday. It where kids outta school go to and blow off their allowance, or to get some takis or whatever, butmade memories there and near there. But -1 because the old interior looked better. 9.5/10.”

“The store was clean, which was a nice. When I was searching for perfume, I described what I wanted, and the employee quickly found a match. There were plenty of options to choose from, although things were a bit disorganized, and some items were missing tags. Despite that, the staff were helpful, and I managed to find what I needed. Overall, it was an okay shopping experience.”
“This is a nice store. Friendly employees and it’s clean and organized. The best time to go is right when they open, you will have the entire store to yourself. Great deals and quality merchandise. The staff are always really friendly and helpful. I didn’t even realize I had $60 in ‘Kohls Cash’ until the cashier let me know. This location is now my go-to store.”

“After coming to this location just visiting my family member, I needed some supplies and found what I needed and noticed only one lone worker trying to put up stock and wait on customer service too. I had to definitely want to tell them that I enjoyed her service and she was so helpful to everyone even though she was all alone doing what should have been four more workers helping her placing stock and cash registering but with a smile she did a awesome job with what she had to work with. If we could hire more people like that I'm sure people would definitely come to this place because I'm sure when I come back this way I'll come here again, Thank you for your assistance ?”

“Lots of unique home items for indoor and outdoor. Great value for the prices. The staff are always polite and friendly. However, I feel that the store is way too small and feels congested at times, especially if you have a shopping cart and it is busy. Plenty of parking, as it is located in a shopping center.”

“Went here for Christmas toy shopping and it all went well! I was able to find some amazing deals on toys. Some of the prices were outrageous like a light up fire truck toy for $40, nothing special but what I did find was a blues clues leap frog chair for $15! For that price, thats a steal! There was many other toys to select from and I'd honestly come back because they have huge selections in toys, kitchen & clothing.”

“Look,a lot of folks in past will say it's either a hit and miss and I agree.However management changes,recently it's pretty well kept.In the mornings they'll have to carts of merchandise out throughout the store and I see that as a win.That means fresh new merchandise straight from the trucks!!! That's where I find most of my hello kitty items since they sell out in the matter of minutes! Workers are really nice too they may seem always busy but they're always happy to help”
“I hadn’t visited this Target in years when I went in to return five t-shirts that I had purchased online. There was a line but another CSR came over to the other register and began to help customers thus reducing my wait time.
I returned my items with ease and then did more shopping! One of the easiest return experiences I’ve ever had. I will be returning to this location. Thank you Target!”

“Decent pricing on the colognes, shades werent all that bad and has some cool clothes. Amazrd by the fact they had CREED AVENTUS of all colognes. All be it a 1.7 oz, but still amazed to find such a high end niche among all the calvin kleins and cheapies.”
“I actually got a great deal today on $100 pair of boots thanks to my JCPenney card and the coupon I got in the mail, I would recommend this place to anybody and also get the credit card It is so worth it and they give you plenty of Time to pay off your balance
Not too sure when that last post was posted but I believe today is Friday June 28th unfortunately I had to go return address and a pair of shoes and I was super stressed about it I don't know why I just get stressed when I have to return things thinking I'm going to get attitude or something but the little girl was super sweet and she just scanned the outside of my delivery bag I had it shipped to my house and gave me my receipt and it was done and I had been stressing about it all dang, so five stars to JCPenney for being awesome”

“The store is great, but the customer service is very bad. The cashier on 10/27/2023 afternoon was very rude even when we said thank you he did not look at us or respond. He put all the items we purchased in a long thin clear bag when we left the store the bottom of the bag opened and we ran to the car to put the things in. I told him you need a customer service training.”

“I needed help in purchasing a battery charger for my phone. The young lady who helped me was extremely busy however she was very pleasant and professional and helped me within a few minutes. I purchased the wrong cable. I returned it the next day to exchange it-- the same girl helped me again. She is the best!”

“My wife likes this store and visits once a month at least. You can find good lucky deals occasionally when you find a brand name at a low price. There are rows of clothes, shoes, home accessories , luggage , and some useless prrfumes that noon should use. I focus on shoes when I go there. If you are on a budgets you can find good deals there.”
“I visited this location tonight and Macayla was so helpful and extremely sweet! I couldn’t seem to find one of the items y’all had in stock online in store. However she walked me directly to it, all while asking me how my day was and informing me about target circle. Her customer service was superb I hope I can run into her again the next time I stop by target. She was amazing!”
“I want to thank Miriam for helping me today. Miriam went above and beyond to rectify my experience today. I scheduled an appointment online with a stylist, Aby, at Meyerland JcPenny salon. Aby canceled my appointment without informing me. Aby stated that she did not know how to use clippers. She then asked me what I wanted to do with my hair and if I had a picture. I wore my hair in a pixie cut and wanted a simple clean-up. She asked me when was my last relaxer and did I put my color because my hair was green. She then insinuated if I didn’t want her to do my hair, she could pass me to another stylist. It was clear to me she did not want to do my hair. I informed her that I would prefer another stylist, and then Miriam stated she could do my hair. I appreciate Miriam's professionalism. She educated me on the products that I should and should not use. As Miriam began to cut my hair, I felt at ease after that unprofessional conversation. I highly recommend Miriam; she is a master stylist.Services: Shampoo & conditioning”
