“UPDATE: Kent gave me a call after reading my review and got me taken care of. This is a good place and would return if I ever need any future repairs.
Overall good work but they didn't adjust my headlights after they were replaced and they somehow removed a wheel lock without asking me for the wheel lock key. When the car was returned the wheel they removed no longer had a wheel lock on it.”

“A man named Benny (I think) has went above and beyond for me on two separate occasions the first time I ever went to O’Reilly I went in because I was test driving a car I wanted to buy and he ran a car diagnostic check on it and told me whether I should buy the car or not and if the price is fair. He gave me honest and unbiased feedback. Then today I showed him my brand new car and he help me put the plates on the vehicle free of charge. Since I was missing tools to take off the bolts. He was very helpful and He wasn’t trying to sell me anything more than what I came in for. A1 customer service shoutout to benny (I think)”

“My wifes car needed a new battery and I was able to take her car to the store and get the battery replaced. Its so much less of a hassle than the old way of swapping batteries and returning the old one for the core return.
The young man that helped us was very friendly and quick. He did a great job.
The only suggestion/improvement is it would be helpfull if the store would out a parts reference book for the filters so customers could look up their own parts.”

“This Napa and the crew inside really went above and beyond for me. Not only did they answer the phone on the first ring, they sprung into action quickly. I am a truck driver, my alternator was going bad and I needed one immediately. I could not move from my spot. So I called and told them I’d be walking from the truck stop to go get the part. Shane, thank you brother! Shane came with the part and we made sure it was the right one! He then drove me to the store to pay for it and he even brought me back, without hesitation and without asking! Talk about service. If I’m ever in need of something and I am in the area I know I will be calling this specific family owned store before anyone else.
