Mass confusion - you call at different times and you get different answers as to whether they have the prescription or not.won’t use them again unless I have to !!!!!!

Waited on the phone for 1 1/2 hours. I finally hung up. Drive 40 minutes to the pharmacy and now have been waiting for 20 minutes in the drive thru lane. Finally someone came to the window, of course the medicine isn’t ready. I can not stand this Walgreens. It’s horrible.

Wasted my wife’s time and spoiled perishable groceries. Had her wait an hour, only to tell her they couldn’t find the product. Sent her to back to HEB, but didn’t transfer the prescription by fax.
