Waited on the phone for 1 1/2 hours. I finally hung up. Drive 40 minutes to the pharmacy and now have been waiting for 20 minutes in the drive thru lane. Finally someone came to the window, of course the medicine isn’t ready. I can not stand this Walgreens. It’s horrible.

Wasted my wife’s time and spoiled perishable groceries. Had her wait an hour, only to tell her they couldn’t find the product. Sent her to back to HEB, but didn’t transfer the prescription by fax. Long lines. Incompetent and slow staff. Horrible attitudes. I regularly wait 1+ hour to pick up a single medication because the staff is slow and they treat me like I’m an annoyance to them. Avoid this place like the plague.
