“From the moment I walked in to Auto Trim in Boerne, I felt welcomed to the business. Something that I feel rarely happens now a day. Rich and his team truly are customer focus and driven. They installed a grill guard into my SUV. Unfortunately we had some manufacture incompatibility with my SUV. Rich personally took time out of his business to take my vehicle, himself, to the local manufacturer and spend hours trying to figure out what the issue was with the sensor not wanting to work properly because of the newly installed grill guard. Rich explained to me what the issue was and gave me some options to remedy the issue. At the end, I loved the new grill guard , which had already protected my new vehicle from a metal hitting my vehicle as I was driving it in the highway. Totally worth keeping it on! They also installed a Bug Flector on my SUV. We had to call the manufacturer for a small click that broke. Rich took care of it and got the part in and replaced it. Nothing but excepcional, caring customer service oriented personnel at Auto Trim here in Boerne TX! Thank you”

“My wife, and I visited Cavender Chevrolet this past weekend to take a look at the 2024 Traverse, Tahoe, and Suburban to see what third row vehicle would best fit our family’s needs. Let's be honest, buying a vehicle can be taxing, tiring and emotional. Especially, when you have no choice but to bring your kids (5 and 8) with you to engage in that process. We were greeted at the moment we walked up by Cesar who was very polite, personable, and knowledgeable. Within just moments we were already looking at a couple vehicles we were interested in seeing. We narrowed it down to the Tahoe pretty quickly and were test driving the vehicle in no time. Throughout the process, Cesar answered our questions, addressed our concerns, provided the space and privacy my wife and I needed to consult, and even made sure we were comfortable with bottled water and that the kids had snacks. In speaking with Finance, the experience continued and patience provided as my wife and I had to tag team “in and out” to deal with the kids. Our overall experience was stellar and we will be sharing our story with friends, family and anyone that is looking to purchase a vehicle. Great Job, Cavender team!”

“Fair Oaks has taken such good care of my family and me over the years. They are always very straightforward and honest about the work they need to do once they diagnose the problem.
