“Computer Giant was able to bring my son’s gaming computer back from the dead. They were kind, professional and thorough. There was a mishap with the second hard drive that made the repair take more time, but they did not charge us for the recovery and kept us informed throughout the process. I would absolutely take my computer there again, and they have gained customers for life.”

“Needed my charging port cleaned on my iPhone because I work in a dirty environment and have to get it done sometimes. The owner was extremely nice, sociable, and fun to talk to while he cleaned it. Reasonably priced and did more work than asked. TLDR: Owner does good work and seems passionate about his business and customers. Highly recommend”

“One guy out of 3 staff members was a very good salesman. He was helping a friend, offering me extras beyond what my question was for one other saleswoman. The other man just sat off to the side quietly. If they could make 3 of the first salesman, the store would be doing great all the time. Another suggestion I would like to make is to have prices of any kind on any of their accessories. I felt they just requested whatever they felt like offering and I hate to ask for each and every item i was interested in. Chose not to buy anything extra because of this.”

Barring a few minor inconveniences with cup lids and such, it's a great store!
