“Randy provided outstanding customer service today to help me with a few issues. He cleaned the battery for me and checked it twice for reassurance that the battery was in working order. He also noticed my antifreeze was low, so he helped find the correct antifreeze and filled it for me. He also gave me a few pointers on other minor issues he noticed that needed to he addressed at some point in the future. I sincerely appreciate the time and attention to detail he provided. “I, unfortunately, hit a big dog in my 2017 Toyota Corolla (lots of damage) and the cheapest quote I could find was $1200 to fix it. I came to this place because I've heard great things and it turns out that they were all true. The guy looked at my car and said he would match the quote I had recently been given. I dropped off my car and within 5 days he called me back and told me it was ready and that he got the price down to $200 less than what I was previously quoted for at another body shop! “I called and spoke to Richard at 4:30. He sent the driver to get the battery I needed right then. When I arrived, they were waiting for me. I purchased an air filter, cabin filter, and wiper blades. I planned to do them myself. He insisted on his staff doing their job. I dealt with 2 other places this weekend, hands down Richard provided old school customer service. I am so happy I found them. Will definitely use them exclusively. Cannot thank them enough!?”
“Great service I came in here several times to get various odd items like for example once I needed washing machine clamps to use in a woodworking project and I asked the lady at the counter and she helped me find what I needed. The employees are always helpful and give you service with a smile. Good selection of cheap supplies I always come in here to get brushes and cleaning solution to wash my RV with and they have a huge selection for very low prices. Your Napa know how!”
“Tons of complications that all equaled out to a wonderful experience. A warranty company through AutoNation Chevrolet was giving me problems that they did not want to replace lifters and a camshaft on my dodge ram, and it was sent to ALLEN SAMUELS Dodge of Waco. I was assigned a service advisor. Gary and he was able to talk to the warranty company and it was continually denied. Due to the warranty company losing one of my maintenance records showing that I have proper oil changes done. He informed them that this was not maintenance related. It was a defect in the lifters, and was very common, He worked very hard every step of the way to try to get the situation handled and notified me later on that my claim was finally excepted and put a rush on it, and got it back together in a timely manner after I had to wait for the warranty company to get done screwing me over, but Gary constantly kept me up-to-date on what was going on and show genuine concern that my vehicle was not returned to me yet and did everything he could to provide the best service, knowledge and experience he possibly could towards me. I definitely appreciate It’s some thing that you don’t see nowadays and I was able to keep my job”

“Had some repairs that needed to be done on my Jeep GC from a hit and run and Maaco really took great care of my vehicle! They let me know it would take AT LEAST 3 weeks to get parts and the repairs done. I didn't sweat it, luckily I had another vehicle I could use for the time being. They let me know when the parts had arrived and what was their next step. Took about a month when I got the call that my Jeep was ready for pick up. I was over the moon when I saw my Jeep again! They did a phenomenal job and took care of EVERYTHING! It looks brand new! Awesome work!”
