“Stephen O'Brien really helped me in a jamb this past Friday. I had set up a trip back to Benbrook to clear out our warehouse and had scheduled a U-Haul Truck and someone to help me load our stuff. However, the plane I booked out of Jacksonville, FL, with American Airlines kept getting rescheduled until late in the afternoon, when they cancelled it completely. I was unable to keep the truck or the help I was going to have to load it. However, Stephen made sure to cancel the move-out order and that we kept the warehouse until I could schedule another trip in to DFW. He is a pleasure to work with!!!
