“I would like to share my recent amazing experience with Audi Fort Worth in Benbrook. I recently bought a 2017 Audi Q7 from Grand Prairie Ford and owned it for 55 days and it broke down on me. The coolant pump went out and a couple of lines broke. I took it to Audi Fort Worth and they fixed the problem in 2 days. The staff was amazing. Then 2 days after driving it another coolant line broke. I had to have the vehicle towed to Audi Fort Worth. I thought I was going to have to spend another $1,900. I spoke with Ethan in the service department and he understood my frustration and said the repairs will not cost me anything.
