“I have been using BVC for the past two years, as they always take great care of my cat, Jack. He is skittish with new people, but each staff member has been very understanding and gentle with him. The first time I visited, it was due to an emergency: I had accidentally scheduled an appointment and deposit for a different day in my worry, but they were still able to see me right away, and were able to diagnose him within 10 minutes (crystals in his bladder.) The exam, testing, and medication were quite reasonably priced, and Jack was back to himself within a few days. The second visit was merely for a vaccination booster, but still went just as well, despite the fact that Jack was determined to be difficult (and knocked a shelf down, I'm still sorry about that...!) All in all a great vet clinic I trust who will work with you. Everyone is nice, and clearly care about the animals.”
