“I had to take my dog here after she was hit by a car. She seemed fine but I still wanted to take her in to make sure. When I arrived I was greeted by a very nice receptionist named Ty. They had a respectable triage and since my sweet girl’s injuries weren’t life threatening we were there for a while. The time flew by thanks to great conversations I had with Ty. I had a vet tech come and check on my girl several times while we were waiting. Fast forward to being seen. We were seen by Dr. Twining. He was extremely kind and thorough in the examination. He listened to my concerns and even helped me with an unrelated issue my pup was having. I left feeling like the staff was family and wishing they were a primary vet so I could take my sweet girl back. They gave me the peace of mind and support I needed throughout the entire visit.”

“This place is absolutely amazing. You can tell they really care about animals and know what they're doing. My cat was spayed here and the 2nd time was when we had to put her down. Both times my cat received more help than I expected. I will only go to this clinic for my pets in the future.”

I had some concerns on some spots on my dog’s belly and Dr. Dunahoo took time out of her busy schedule to look over my dog and even shave some of her so we could get a better look at the spots. Cannot thank Family Pet Clinic enough for showing my baby so much attention and love.”

“WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMAL THEIR, UNLESS IT IS WORTH SAVING MONEY!! LISTEN TO ME! Listen to Me Clearly! Very Clearly! I Took My Cat Cosmo in, the reason was for a Rabies shot. Sometime in between the time I took him in for his stomach issues and the time his anal glands were taken care of…He bit and scratched one of the Techs, and I quote from the manager there “She’s one of our cat ladies” well I disagree! The point to my Entire Experience is this: IF YOU HAVE A CAT OR DOG THAT DOES NOT DO WELL WITH STRANGERS! THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO TAKE THEM!! TRUST ME! I WOULD NOT LIE! ONCE THIS SITUATION HAPPENED WITH MY CAT THEY SAID WORD-FOR-WORD “OH DO NOT WORRY ABOUT PAYING ANYTHING” “COSMO CAN STAY HERE!” Within LESS THAN 24 HOURS I GET A CALL FROM JAMES MARTIN SAYING “COSMO WAS TRANSFERRED OVER HERE, AND BTW YOU WILL PAY $25 A DAY” if THIS IS NOT A MISCONSTRUED LIE, THEN I DO NOT KNOW WHAT IS. WE GET THERE TODAY AND THEY CHARGED SOOO SOOO MUCH! I WAITED UNTIL I GOT MY CAT BACK TO WARN ALL OF YOU! BE CAREFUL! BTW I INITIALLY HAD AN APPOINTMENT WITH ANOTHER VET. BUT BC I WANTED HIM BACK SOONER…I DID WHAT I HAD TO. I AM ABSOLUTELY REPORTING THEM TO DSHS OR THE TEXAS BOARD OF VETERINARY EXAMINERS. PERIOD. Horrible Horrible Experience! On top Of That my Cat is not the same. DONE”

“I have to say, I have had the exact opposite experience of the other review. Dr. Katie is a very straightforward person, but she is also insanely knowledgeable and has legitimately saved my horses life THREE TIMES! My mare just will not drink water when she's eating hay and just a few days ago she had a bout with very severe impaction colic. We had her transported to Hayes Equine (they have someone on call to assist with transport) and Dr. Katie kept her for two nights to make sure the impaction fully resolved. She also gave us some tips and tricks to get her to drink more during the winter. My husband usually helps Dr. Katie with whatever needs to be done to our mare, because she can be pretty bad with the vet, and he has never had any issues working with Dr. Katie. When our mare had colic the time before, Dr. Katie actually cancelled her other appointments to make a farm call at our home. If you're looking for someone to spend extra time with YOU, holding your hand and comforting you, Dr. Katie is busy! She is there to help your HORSE. Everyone in the area knows she's the best, so she has to be thorough but quick. The office staff here have always been friendly to us and I feel the prices are more than fair for the service provided. I'm honestly very grateful to Dr. Katie and her staff for saving my beloved senior mare and giving me extra time with her.”

“We have been experiencing good care at this location. I love the wellness plan that includes a dental cleaning.My only critique is that appointments have been drop off only and I haven’t actually met the doctor. That’s what keeps this place from being 5 stars for me.”

“They took me in without an appointment and my anxiety kicked in ( I was in uniform) at it was packed ,the lady at the desk took care of everything for me even offering me water. I then saw the sign that we needed an appointment but they took us in anyway. Great place, great people!”

“Well to start off!! I am not a cat person usually, but when I was getting off work one night this little kitten jumped on the back of my pants and so I sat down and she was all over me. So I thought okay I'll take her home tonight since it's late and then in the morning I'll find a home for her!! I already adopted a puppy a few months ago. So I was like how's this going to go?? Riley, my little puppy absolutely adores Her. Well 3 weeks later I'm a cat person after all. Who knew!! so on with the review for Petco!!My favorite guy is a cat person!! He surprised me with a awesome $100.00 gift card for my sweet kitty, Gypsy! Petco absolutely has everything a person needs to welcome home a new kitten, cat, puppy or dog. They had a wonderful clearance bin with so many awesome toys, treats and collars. Then I went all over the store looking around. Everything was very organized and clean. I went to the cat aisle and I was like wow! They had everything I needed to get set up for my kitten. Toys, cat nip filled toys, collars, harnesses, leashes, scratch pads, many different litter boxes, rubber mats for stepping out of the cat litter box and specialty foods. My guy has this very awesome litter box. The first time I visited his house I didn't even know he had a litter box! I bought the same litter box. It's a Tidy Cat Breeze with pellets and pads. If you haven't tried this litter box you should. I just couldn't do the traditional kitty litter. It felt so dirty all the time. The Breeze is so clean and neat. It was worth every penny! I had a $100 gift card and I was able to get everything I needed for my new kitten. The prices at Petco are very reasonable!”
