I wanted this facility because I feel it is more secure that my previous one. I also love that I don't have to get out of the car to punch in the gate code... Very convenient!”

“Facility is new and very clean. So, I have no issues with the facility or staff. The price and location cannot be beat. I think because it is still so new, a lot of the spaces are empty. There are always carts around and the clients return or the staff does a great job of cleaning up after the renters. Either way, job well done.”

“First of all, Ryan, the manager, is the man! He rocks! However, I hate this storage facility that he works at. I’ve had my belongings robbed from this “secured” facility in excess of $17K. Their facility doesn’t work when I go there. However, management is very good about customer service. Just two days ago the facility was broken again and I couldn’t access my storage unit at 8:30pm on a Friday. I then called customer service and they put me in touch with management. Management then sent a rock star person (Ryan) to help on the scene and he was there in 15 minutes! I did not expect this. So Ryan shows up and chills the situation and was extremely professional, pleasant, and courteous. He went out of his way over and above my expectations to allow me access to my storage locker. Again, I didn’t expect him to do this on a late Friday night. The man is a gentleman and a very stand up guy. He needs to be promoted and assigned to a larger facility with more responsibility.”

“David called to tell me our lock was not on correctly. I told him I would come right over and needed help as I was dealing with health issues. He met me at the unit to help me. I really appreciate the fact he noticed the lock and that he was so nice and willing to come assist.”
“I’d use this place again. I’m not sure if they’re individually owned but the people who run this one are really responsive and helpful. Be prepared for your rates to nearly double after month 2. That’s pretty standard with storage units but it does suck. I recommend this location if you have to put your stuff in storage”

“Took a very long time to get my receipt emailed to me but other than that they did a great job. Quoted under all the other moving companies and guaranteed a quicker move as well. Nothing broken! Guys who moved my stuff out were SO nice and amazing, the guys who moved me in were a little shady and asked me to pay in cash (but I had already paid by credit card). I'd use again. Also, sounds like the receipt delay was due to Covid / system issues. A very nice employee (Selene) followed up for me a few times and gave me her personal and email and cell. Thanks Selene!”
