He enthusiastically helped me swap it out for a new switch AND walked me through transferring my save data over to the new system! (It's a bit of a process to swap saves to another switch) I've been coming to this location for the better part of 2 decades now and I'll be coming there for 2 more! ?”

But I was at the Bee Caves location this week, and was blown away by the kind, attentive, and highly skilled young man who assisted me with a framing project in the framing department. His name was Peyton. I believe he may have been the department manager. Not only was he extremely professional, courteous, and had a great eye for detail, but he was also very patient and understanding as I looked through the multitude of options for my project. Once I made my decision, he quickly expedited what I needed, helped me check out, and I was on my way much sooner than I ever expected.
