I’m not the most tech minded person, so coming here on a free day and asking them to work their magic really helps assuage my concerns, or even confirm my worst fears when I have to bring my little war machine in.
I’ve come here for things as little as a can of air spray and Ethernet cables, and as big as buying my RTX4060, and upgrading my OS!
Every time I’ve brought my little war machine in, they help keep her parts replaced and maintained, and give her back to me in working order, and back to 100% gaming condition!
Sure Microcenter has a wider selection, but ALTEX brings the Professionals. I go to Microcenter for outer hardware(monitors and mice and keyboards), but when it comes to the vitals of my war machine, ALTEX is where I go!”

“I'm glad I bought my wife's computer from here. Not only were the prices right, they have stock (no unreasonable waits), and they actually know what there talking about (no apologizes to Geek Squad). So much so, that I came back 2 months later to build another computer. And wouldn't you know that the MSI GeForce RTX 4090 price came WAY down. So my wife gave me her bad*** 4080 build and she's got the best of the best. All for a damn good prices and again, This tech crew Know What there Doing! I seriously appreciate yall for all your work. Hands Down, if I needed another build, and soon, I'd go back again.”

The chair I picked because I was needing one to study for my exam. It was great price. And they were really accommodating on my needs. I would definitely go back if i am around the area. Generally, I have pleasant experiences in office depot overall . I hope they don't go out of business due to online retails. Some stuff is just better to buy in person such as office supplies and service than online.”

“My company has used their tech services since 2011. I can not say enough positive things about their work. Our intial contacts were because we had a computer or network problem that was disrupting our work and they were able to resolve these every time, which is not always the case with other tech services we used previuosly. Now we rely more on them for their wealth of information on what we can do proactively to improve the functioning our technology. In fact they made a referral for us to resolve a database issue that would have put us out of business that big name companies had no idea how to approach. HIGHLY recommend.”
“I’m giving this location four stars only due to the fact that I called their location literally right before I went in within minutes and no one ever answered the phone. I tried five times.
Then when I arrived just 3 to 4 minutes later, there was literally two employees in the store and no one else…. it was almost comical.
I almost said something, but knew that it wouldn’t do any good.
GameStop, if this location is slow on sales not answering, the phone is a good indicator as to why .
Otherwise, this is a good location and do really like the store”

“One of my employees went to this store where he was able to get help with a refurbished phone that metro PCS had no obligation to assist him with. The manager over the stores name was Fennay and she went out of her way to ensure that a unlocked phone would reliably work for him. This is an experience that merits note worthy praise because I as a a 71 year old have difficulty with electronics and this phone is the one that I sue for every day tasks.”

“I had a generally positive experience at this Apple Store. The staff was friendly and professional, and the appointment-only system keeps things organized. However, even though I arrived on time for my appointment, I still ended up waiting about 45 minutes. The technician tried to help with my phone, which was stuck in recovery mode, but unfortunately wasn’t able to fix it and said it was basically only good for salvage. Not the outcome I hoped for, but the service was courteous throughout.”
