“Honest review* I was given the wrong battery at a different Oreillys location and was told they could not replace my battery because it was too difficult, which I understand if its company policy,but this location here and the two gentlemen I believe there names were (Denny/Danny and John) went above and beyond to resolve my issue and replaced my battery! They were there in the evening shift, but I hope the manager sees this review because they truly were of great help, and Denny/Danny was just awesome, sincerely thank you !”
“I completed some engine repairs and the check engine light went out. I drove short errands over a 2 week period with no problem. Then I drove 20 miles and the CEL returned. Auto Zone to the rescue. I was a couple miles away from this location and Associate Orande A. was able to scan the code and print the findings quickly. I'll be back to purchase the items tomorrow!”
“I’ve been to several dealerships that I’ve struggled with, and always left unhappy with the service. But I can honestly say I had an amazing experience at Grubbs Nissan. Everyone was so welcoming and super friendly. I went to check out a Nissan Rogue and test drove it with Fernando, who was very friendly, he provided excellent customer service! He encouraged me while test driving to try on all the features and explained everything clearly. He was very kind and funny, made the whole process very enjoyable. They had an event going on the same day and offered me snacks and desserts too. I’m a first time buyer so I was a little nervous but they were very respectful of my budget and the sales manager Abraham gave me different options to work it out. Nadia was very sweet and came to check on me every now and then and answered my questions! Nadia also called me after the purchase to make sure I was comfortable and happy with it. But had to wait for quite a while longer to pay since no one was working the cash register.
