After several attempts to get an issue corrected, went BACK to Verizon store on Dowlen rd. This time I was blessed to be able to explain my problem to Amanda! She actually listened to me and resolved the problems! She is a FIVE STAR EMPLOYEE! You're very lucky to have her Verizon!

Very dissatisfied! Came to store to get a new SIM card and a couple days later I was looking at emails and notice my plan had been changed! Two protection plans were added I did not request. I didn’t even have a mobile home device but they began charging me for a protection plan.Very upsetting and unscrupulous. Added more services to my plan I did not request. I hope Verizon corrects this problem. Always pay close attention to what is going on account.

Ivette was awesome, she helped me figure out why I wasn't receiving notifications to log into account (I had blocked them) but still she is the first person we have talked to at a Verizon store or even over phone that had answers and knew what she was doing very professional.

Stopped in the store this afternoon about 5:45 and was told they had too many customers and they closed at 7:00. Customer service at its best won’t go back left and went to beat buy and had a new apple watch in 10 minutes.

Went in to get friend's PIN changed since she couldn't recall it. Larry helped us and was very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to get her account straight.

Major thanks to Mr. John M. at the Verizon Store off Dowlen for his remarkable attitude today after 5pm with some insurance issues. Not only did you have no idea what you were talking about and were incredibly rude, but when confronted with logic you doubled down on your attitude and obstinate mood when you were wrong and clearly doing something illegal. But don't worry, we'll be moving providers. Gentle reminder Mr. John, you never know who you're talking to, I hope you've enjoyed your past business with the hospital because this interaction has most definitely jeopardized this. Really like going to this Verizon store. Staff is very knowledgeable of phones that doesn't mind taking their time with you to make sure you're comfortable with your choice and your wireless device. Even willing to help you out with your accessories to purchase from them. We'll make the extra drive to go to this location.
