“I walked in and was greeted by three associates, one female in the ink and toner section and two males with dreadlocks in the customer service and technology section. I was trying to locate a 32gb USB flash drive and they went above and beyond to provide me help. One of the associates looked on his inventory device and the other even attempted to call the other local store when I requested it. It was a team effort and after looking in the store we were able to locate the item in the front. These associates went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.
