“I ordered online through ODP Business Solutions on 9/19 like I always do. Part of the order was to be delivered to me but unfortunately some how it was changed to the billing address not the shipping address. I spent time on the phone 3 times with ODP Business Solutions customer service and 2 times with UPS hoping to get the shipping address situation resolved (over 2 hours dealing with this) Unfortunately due to the more detailed situation I will not be getting my package. I decided to call my local Port Arthur store since that's where it was shipped from. In just a few minutes the situation was resolved! I delt with Charles and Shelby.
