They told me I wouldn't be charged for new equipment when I moved then charged me! I told them about it, and they some how blamed it on me. I spent about 5-6 hours on the phone on hold just for several people to hang up on me. A manager was supposed to call me back in a week or two, but it has been two months now. No answer.

They are not the person can be trusted. I tried to setup home security. There are lots of ADT dealer or ADT person will contact me with different price. And dealer told me totally different with installation team. Seems I made a big mistake using the information ADT person offer.

Do not use ADT services if you have a choice. These are the reasons why.1. They are very expensive. My home already had sensors in it when I purchased it. I added approximately 2 more glass breaks and 2 carbon monoxide for an additional $1500.2. Their response to alarms is poor.3. Their customer service is lacking. Do not buy a service deal. You pay extra each month, then we a sensor goes out they still charge you $100.00 to come look at it because they first assume it's a battery issue and battery issues are not covered in your service contract.4. Did I mention their customer service is bad. When you do schedule them to service your alarm system. They only have 4 hour block for which to schedule. This is worse than the cable company. At least they have 2 hour blocks.5. You are locked into a 3 year contract. Once you realize how horrible their service is, then you cannot escape until your contract is complete.I advise that you find another alarm service provider. More affordable with better service.

I had an account for three years, over charged my account above contract amount, contacting the BBB, a manager from ADT stated my account would be refunded which was Never done. I over paid the account and ADT won’t refund it, calls every week stating I owe for May and June when my contract ended in April.

Had an excellent experience with the security system installation. The tech was polite, knowledgeable and helpful. So far the system is meeting all expectations.

This company is the worst I have ever dealt with. There billing system is horrible. It comes late. They tell you you're past due. Agressive in tone. I would not recommend them to you. Sad

The absolute WORSE company I have ever had a service through. We lost our home during hurricane Harvey and they refused to work with me. I do not have a home to have the alarm services in and they told me that the ONLY thing they could do is cancel my service but we would still have to pay $1,100.00 or be sent to a debt collector. Our situation was completely out of our control and hundreds and thousands of people are experiencing the same thing. If this is how they treat their customers I want no part in that and I would NEVER recommend their services. This company should be ashamed of themselves for adding unnecessary stress to a situation that couldn't have been prevented.

I am pleased so far with the ease of arming and disarming the system. The wireless plugs are great as well. I cannot give much of a review on service as I have only had the system for 2 weeks.. Simple Operation..

the installation and activation took 5 days from installation to activation. installer was very good. depending on time and time I call the customer service is not very good.. customer service..

Installer was very courteous and polite. I chose ADT as I was having a LOT of problems with Xfinity Home Security.
