“My service advisor, Karah, was friendly and efficient and kept me posted on progress throughout. Even though it was close to closing time, she made me feel welcomed and comfortable the whole time, never rushed! When I had a small concern, the service manager, Vince, actually called me himself to resolve it. He was great! The waiting area is always clean, seating is comfortable and abundant, free Wi-Fi, free coffee bar, chargers for your phone/laptops, etc. I buy my cars and have them serviced only through community Toyota! I've had great experiences with both the sales department and service department. Also, and the service department... A highly recommend ask for Aaron Alonso to do your work! Amazing mechanic!”
“I've been here several times for used tires n mechanical repairs..... I'm a hard person to deal w .....I always expect good service n quality work as I'm a business owner myself... The used tires I've bought... Once had an issue they fixed it the very next day..... No complaints there they made it right.... Mechanical work I've had done.... Upper control arms...n wheel bearings replaced....I can say there once was a price issue.... Maybe a misunderstanding... But everything was handled n I left satisfied enough to give the mechanic a 40 tip.....I have n will continue to recommend these guys for any type of tire or suspension work.... And again as a person I'm hard to please sometimes but they have managed to always make things right n have earned my approval.....I will always go to them first w these kinds of issues..... Thank u for always making it right n doing it right”

“I called to schedule an appointment for a front end alignment they told me to bring it in and the wait shouldn't be long. As soon as I arrived I was greeted and asked for my keys to take a test drive. Forty five minutes later my van was returned to me and the pull to the right was out. Great service and reasonable prices. This is the second vehicle I've taken to them and I will continue to do so in the future.”

The technician quickly identified a cracked radiator and walked me through the repair process, including costs and options.
