“Stopped in on a Friday at 3pm to send a certified letter. It had been a long week and day and we were exhausted. Gentleman behind the counter was very patient and helpful with us. His personality raised our spirits and improved our day. It was a very nice experience. This was also the shortest wait I've ever experienced inside a post office ever.”

“This post office is one of the best I've gone to. They're not over the top friendly but they try to get you in and out. I can't ask for more than that. It's so hidden I didn't know it existed for years living a few miles from it. I left my notebook there once early in the morning and when I realized it late afternoon I went back the next day and it was sitting right where I left it. If you can find them, give them a shot.”

“I've been going to this post office since 2005 they are almost like my family . They have everything I need they go above and beyond the Call of Duty helping people who may be confused or in a hurry or even downright rude.. everyone is treated with respect no matter how badly they behave now that is nerves of Steel.. we must protect the post office we must protect our freedom of mail delivery if you think it's bad now wait till we don't have people that care about us and all these private companies go stashing our personal boxes to come back and pick up later + sell online!..We need Federal Regulation and we need federal employees to be paid a good wage because they endure much hardship so that we can be kept informed. We must support them in every way... Everybody has a bad day ...you don't know if they've just lost a dear loved one I still had to come in to work and smile at us..We don't know their stories so let's be patient because our post office could be taken from us in next few years if we are not ever watchful... This is a freedom we enjoy”

“I ship often with USPS for my small business, so I really get to experience different offices and what they have to offer.. and this one is fine. I don't understand the negative reviews, they literally offer everything they are suppose to. It seems like the funding for this branch isn't as plentiful as others when comparing infrastructure.. but that's not their fault. The people at this location have been serving me since 2012 and it's nice seeing their friendly faces when I'm in town.”

I’ve been having the same mailman since I’ve moved there five years ago he has outstanding customer service when it comes to me and receiving my packages because I am not from Texas so my family tends to send a lot and he is a great mailman. “I just moved to the area and this is the closest post office to me. The lady working there on Friday afternoon was very welcoming and greeted everyone. It was my first time shipping an item so I had some questions and she was able to answer all of them. In the past I’ve encountered employees that are very rude but the lady here was so sweet and helpful. You can tell she enjoys her job. I will definitely be back.”
