“I greatly appreciate the service I received as they were quick to get to me even with a decent amount of people coming in.
My reason for only four stars is because I called up to the location prior to arriving with a detailed description of my issue involving my serpentine belt and even after explaining that all the diagrams I looked at showed "an extra" wheel (tensioner pulley) and that I did not have a sixth wheel only five (missing tensioner pulley) they could only offer me the same diagrams I had already been looking at.
In my opinion, if you work at an auto part store and someone says they dont have a part that is necessary for vehicle function, you should know immediately to tell them that their problem is the missing part.
After watching video after video online to figure it out I found that my tensioner pulley had broken off entirely, not that I just didnt have one, which created the problem of not being able to put a new belt on.”
