I needed a US sim card for my German phone. The employee took a lot of time to make sure the sim card worked for my phone - trying out calls, texts and internet connection - before selling me anything. I felt in very good hands

Joseph is phenomenal, my friend was having issues with his phone due to a verizon error; making it impossible to get in contact with a live agent.
