Had to drop off a very large and heavy package. Katherine was very helpful and offered me a dolly. She was very friendly and made the experience easy and fast.

Yahaida was so helpful and gave me an awesome tip to take a picture of my receipt kust in case I lose it. Every time I come in to this UPS store the staff has always been so great!
