I really like this UPS store. The store associates are knowledgeable, and provide quick and efficient service. Wait time has always been less than 2 minutes. The associates are very respectful- have found this consistently across my 2 years of doing business in this store. The store timings are also convenient.

The agent who was a guy sounded annoyed because I called to ask questions which by the way is his job. Hopefully, the store will do an overhaul of the personnel and not have to scrap from the bottom of the barrel.

Staff were very nice and efficient. Helped me over the phone before I got there so I had everything ready.
