Luis was fantastic. He helped us find the right shoes for us and went above and beyond when my size was not available by putting a pair on hold at a nearby store. He also walked us through all the available discounts so we could make the best choice. Great service and a great experience.

The SKECHERS Warehouse Outlet in Austin gets consistently good reviews for its wide selection, clean/organized layout, and friendly service, though some customers feel prices aren’t always much lower than regular retail.
