Minimally resourced/staffed and long waits. The kiosk estimated wait time was 10 min, and I waited 45. Blood draw appeared safe/clean, and phlebotomist was professional and nice. If you brave it, bring earbuds (high TV volume for hearing impaired guests).

Friendly and talented staff. Always really considerate of patient comfort. Online appointments are easy to make but I’ve had luck with a walk in in the past!
