Just moved into my townhouse, Ms Ivette helped me & my family! So far it’s been an extremely smooth process, I’ll update if anything changes.5/24I’ve been moved out of the complex for a bit now. Initially, I believed this place was going to be at least a decent stay due to the attentiveness of the property managers, the cleanliness on my initial visit and the constant check ups by maintenance. After 1 month, that quickly faded. New property manager and new maintenance crew with no knowledge of previous maintenance request, contract obligations and pest control requests.Guess what? After another month or two, we get a new set of managers again! Literally, everything changed in less than 90 days of staying in the complex. Loud music at nights, roaches and tons of wasps.I’ve verbally, written and electronically made requests for pest control and maintenance to fix my garage that stopped automatically opening for us on our 3rd month in the property. After a year of being there the garage was NEVER fixed, maintenance came on our LAST month in the property.Move out:I gave a hand written notice when I ORIGINALLY moved in just to ensure we would not have an issue… and I took a picture. Trust me when I say, Always have proof! When I told the new managers of my move-out date they said I was automatically renewed for another year. You should’ve saw my face lolAnd I just to clarify, I was never ever late on rent and was a GOOD tenant! When I showed the proof of move out they still had to escalate the issue which took sometime but that was a hassle in its own.Literally months after move out I receive an email saying I still owe $1400+ dollars for MOVING OUT that doesn’t make any sense because we are fully paid until the end of our lease and we had insurance, paid deposit and had regular maintenance….Safe to say, we will have to escalate this issue.

I have been looking for a reasonably priced one bedroom for a few months and when I came across Parmer place, my apartment hunting was over! I was greeted by Tania, she was so nice and extremely helpful! The property is very pretty and it feels like a little village! I work a couple of miles down the road and the commute is so ideal! I will definitely be applying very soon!

I am a happy resident. The location, prices and amenities are great. The staff is the best you can find. It is really hard to find great office staff that truly care and make the community safe and fun. I drive about 45 min each way for work and I could live closer to work but I am happy to live here and call this my home.

For the most part I do like staying here. I wanted to upgrade to a bigger apartment Especially for $60. Thats about what they raise the rent to stay here? Which is normal but if I can get a bigger apartment for the same price I rather upgrade.. But I found out you have to pay 85%. Of you old apartmentPay my current apartment plus your new payment for your new apartment when you're leases is Already up. I said that's more than the deposit was. I might as well move out. Then move back in for a better deal I save about $1340.00 doing that way ? So at this point I'm just still trying to make it make sense.

I found out the mouse within 1 day we moved in and had submitted several pest controls more than a month ago but there is no action was performed yet.During the last two weeks, I and my roommate caught 5 mouses in this apartment. I had video for each of them.I just want a place too live peacefully is that too hard to ask? The mouses ate all my food that on top of the pantry, and pooped every where in the house. We cleaned and sanitized the house every day!I WANT THE REFUND FROM THIS APARTMENT, I CANT STAY HERE NO MORE. It disgusting. This place is a scam none cares about you and your apartment even though You paid for pest control monthly.I can sue this apartment with this mouse infestationUpdated review: After receiving my complaint, the office department finally paid more attention to this situation and got it fixed. As a new tenant, I really appreciate that.Thank you

I want to say, I’ve had nothing but support from all of the ladies working in the office. Jaylah, Tonya, and Mrs. Sasha have truly made my first time renting and recently moving to Texas, exceptionally easy-going and genuinely awesome. The sweetest ladies you will meet that are genuinely here to support your journey and stay.I don’t even consider the apartment as an apartment complex. It’s a neighborhood that’s quiet, up kept, clean, and everyone respects each other here. Maintenance is very respectful and they work hard to maintain the neighborhood and go out of their way.It seems to be that there’s always someone blowing the leaves and the dumpster is always being taken care of and looks presentable.I had one issue that I put a work order in for and maintenance asked for any other problems and fixed 2 other issues that he wasn’t initially there for, with no issues and out of genuinely wanting to help and fix the issues I was having.Truly grateful and blessed to have been able to experience the kind of people I’ve met here. Thank you!

I have rented for many years, and this was the worst renting experience my family and I have ever had. I wish I would have listened to the reviews mentioning trash, noise, etc. When I first scheduled an appointment to view the apartments I showed up on time and nobody was at the office. I waited an hour before finally leaving. I gave it a second chance and showed up the next day to be told they didn't see my appointment but let me view apartments on my own. When I came back to the office to drop off the keys, one of the workers was being yelled at because it had been months since they requested their garage be fixed, and they had still not fixed it. She walked up to me and told me to not make the mistake of moving in like she did. Still, we moved in due to the price and location convenience for work. A few months in all of our neighbors started moving out and others were moving in. We immediately regretted our decision as soon as our new neighbors moved in. They threw parties every other day, blasted music at all hours throughout the day and night, and smoked weed all the time outside which always got into our apartment since the insulation of these apartments are garbage. We complained to the complex several times and were given the runaround over and over again which ultimately ended in nothing but notes left on their door which they would just throw away and play music even louder as retaliation. It got so bad that we couldn't sleep in two of our rooms because one of our neighbors was a "DJ" and made music all night. They would even have friends over and do donuts in the parking lot. All concerns were dismissed by Parmer Place. They provided no solutions to keep my family safe and I strongly suggest you reconsider moving in to this place. You will not get sleep, you'll always see trash, and will never have the support a property management team should provide.

I have had an exceptional experience thus far. This apartment complex stands out as one of the most attractive options in the area given its affordability. Tania, displayed remarkable kindness and attentiveness as she listened to our requirements as potential tenants. The property boasts excellent cleanliness and maintenance standards, and it benefits from its strategic proximity to various retail establishments and transportation options. I wholeheartedly recommend this property!

Recently moved into this beautiful community and am as happy as can be! Huge thank you to Miss Jayla, the leasing agent for being such a delight to work with! Her tour was spectacular and she was a huge part of why my roommate and I decided to apply! I'd recommend this community to anyone!

I haven’t lived here that long but I really do love my three-bedroom apartment. It’s really nice inside compared to some of the other apartment complex around here. They are really ran down but they look really nice on the outside. I’m not really familiar with the management changing, because I only been here since the beginning of the year, there was another management here name, Amber and Natasha I think that’s her name nonetheless, Sasha, and the team in there now is great kudos to them.

My time at Parmer Place has been the single most negative leasing experience I have ever had in more than 20 years of apartment living. I cannot recommend this apartment complex to anyone who doesn't want to pay thousands of dollars a month to live like they're in a Killeen trailer park. Their Google Maps rating has fallen more than a full point in the last year, from a perfect 5.0 to a 3.9, and it is entirely deserved. To begin with, Parmer Place and management company RPM Living can't keep their employees. I believe we're now on our fifth property manager since April of 2022, averaging a new one every three months, and I've lost track of how many other front office employees have come and gone. As I write this, the leasing office staff member with the longest tenure has been here just over two months. I can only infer that RPM Living must be as awful to its employees as it is to its residents.Emails to the leasing office go unanswered, calls go unreturned, and no one can be bothered with anything at all, just kind of in general. Getting a response from them is like pulling teeth. You have to pitch an absolute fit to get the staff to listen to you, and they always act like it's the first time they've ever heard about ongoing problems because everyone is brand new.The property is not safe. I've had to hide in my closet hoping not to get shot while police blocked exits and raided an apartment directly across from me. A simple police blotter search shows multiple break ins and violent crimes, and I have personally seen vagrants wandering the property. Packages are routinely stolen; I've had to purchase and install security cameras. An email to the office about a dangerous slip-and-fall hazard right outside my front door was completely ignored - no reply of any kind. The staff simply doesn't care about resident safety.Let's talk about the noise. For over a year, my neighbor's dogs barked immediately outside my bedroom window in the wee hours of the morning - sometimes as early as 5:15 AM - in blatant violation of the lease terms, Austin noise ordinances, and community rules (which state that "quiet hours" are from 10 pm to 9 am - what a joke). I brought this to their attention less than two weeks after moving in, and I have called, emailed, or visited in person to talk about the problem on average every 2-3 weeks in the 15 months since. The office continually refused to address the issue, despite me providing them with video evidence multiple times, showing the dogs barking *outside* before the sun was even up. After reviewing my video proof, a representative for the property said that this was just, and I quote, "dogs doing what dogs do, e.g., bark."I've also provided video proof of my car being vandalized and identified the *specific resident* who did it, but the property management has taken no action whatsoever in response. So when you see all the comment replies here inviting people to contact the staff directly for resolution of their complaints, don't believe a word of it. It is nothing but PR intended to manipulate Google Maps' ranking algorithms. The property ownership also cannot be bothered to properly maintain the property itself. The "valet" trash service is hit and miss at best, and you won't receive any discount on the fee when they fail to collect for days at a time. There is a single dumpster right at the front of the property, where garbage piles up for ages. Earlier this year, we had a fallen tree blocking half of the main drive for nearly a month. The front gate has been broken for more than a year. (They "fixed" it, and the fix barely lasted a week before it broke again.)The list goes on and on, that's just what I can think of at the moment. I cannot recommend Parmer Place to anyone, which is a shame because this could be a very nice property if it were managed by a company that gave a damn about its residents. But this place has gone straight to hell since I
