I am a happy resident. The location, prices and amenities are great. The staff is the best you can find. It is really hard to find great office staff that truly care and make the community safe and fun. I drive about 45 min each way for work and I could live closer to work but I am happy to live here and call this my home.

I really do appreciate the office staff, Ms. Sasha and Ms.Tania they are so incredible!!! They are very patient, sweet, kind, and understanding!!! I put in a work order and it was quickly handled in a timely manner and the maintenance man did an awesome job!!! I definitely recommend Parmer Place Apartments a great place...
