They also do a good job filing with insurance and answering any questions about statements. Service is noted for being responsive and efficient. When contacted by email or phone, staff responds immediately. Orders are usually ready for pickup by the next day, sometimes even the same day. If an item is out of stock, they provide an availability estimate and proactively contact the customer when it arrives. The staff stays on top of orders until customers get what they need. They were also excellent at showing options and immediately providing a selected model for a travel CPAP. Customers express being very thankful for the staff.
Hard to get someone on the phone to order more supplies. In office they were friendly, although a little slow.
